The history of our school is a history of God’s goodness and grace to us over the years. St. Peter Lutheran Church and School was founded in 1868 by a group of Lutheran immigrants from Germany, who were primarily from Mecklenburg and Pomerania. They settled just northeast of Appleton, Wisconsin, establishing their homes, and making a livelihood in a land of unrestricted freedom of religion and economic independence.
For over 150 years, and five building projects later (1910, 1982, 1998, 2014, and 2022), our church and school have been blessed to be able to share God’s Word with Appleton and the surrounding communities!
